Much hullaballoo about illegal migrants in the USA lately. The illegals even thronged in street demonstrations across America.
The Imprialist USA advertised the country as the land of milk and honey scores of years ago. The Irish, English, Germans, French..and all the people invaded the USA..The people of the world made America the First World and the only Superpower.

The America is not so bad, it is the best place to go sightseeing or gamble in casinos or pick up girls (and boys) of all color and sizes in the bars all over the country.
What's so bad about America is the people running the country.
It's still the land of milk and honey. I earned a lot when I was in the US but the pressure is too much when you live in the City the never sleeps. You have to work hard to maintain a lifestyle.
What I did was to save a lot and return to may home country where the dollar is worth P60.

I was a slave in the America. I am now filthy rich in my homeland.
Thank you USA.

While I don't think America is 'bad',and I don't really think
most people feel that way.Right now its considered "cool" to despise the USA.I'm sure some have very valid reasons for hating this country. But I have traveled to different country's in my business. I have found that even people that talk loudly in front of their countrymen,of their hate for America. When they were one on one with me,expressed a wish to come to this country.
This country offers most people more options in their life, more money to be made, more freedoms to enjoy. That freedom is a huge draw to many. The people that come here by the legal channels wait years for that right and their citizenship. So why then is it OK for a person that comes here illegally to given his/her citizenship, only because they circumvented the legal process. That's just not the right thing to do.

Good question Bubba. Try visiting some 3rd-world country to understand and appreciate what America is. Imagine having a college degree and unable to find a job because there are no jobs or they stop hiring at age 26.

Does not make sense to me Bubba, there are some hypocrits everywhere you look. I don't think it is so bad here, but this is the only place I have ever lived. I suppose if I saw the conditions others live in around the world I would understand better why so many want to come here.

Wrong Question Bubba. You might want to ask someone like Jimmy Carter that just keeps on bashing America why he's still here. Undocumented Immigrants LOVE America.

Great question, Bubba! I also wonder why so many of the "Hollywood-types" bash America and Mr. Bush. If they are so miserable here they could always live somewhere else.

What better way to destroy a country than from within?

Some of our poorest citizens are richer than other poor people in other countries. Even if you dont like the policies, politicians, or the world's view of our country, being poor here is better than being poor somewhere else.

They don't like the people who live here. But they do like the work they did in building such a great country that they can benefit from.

Seriously, it isn't bad at all - one of the best living standards in the world, and freedom to complain about whatever you want.
