You would need to have a consult with an Orthopedic Surgeon to be evaluated and discuss the treatment/surgery for bowed legs. Certainly it would involve surgically "breaking" the legs and resetting them in casts to make them straight again. It's very complicated depending on how bowed your legs are or how old you are. The surgery could also involve the hips. Go see an Orthopedist. There are surgeons who specialize in this type of surgery as well.
