I doubt if this is legal. If it is (and it may be in your state) you are still facing a civil liability. I found out that I was allergic to vitamin B12. Not a drastic allergy but it was not doing well in my system. I had received about 5 vitamin B12 shots before the doctor realized this. I am not sure if people can have drastic allergic, but I would not take a chance on this.

Are you a licensed to practice doctor? If the answer is NO, go figure. Gosh! What a thought? Some ding-bat out there is giving people illegal shots of vitamin. Where did the needles come from? ARe they brand new or used? I cringe at the thought.

No. You would have to either be a doctor or have an order from an MD and be a registered nurse or an LPN.
