2 pints of corn syrup and 1 package of brewing yeast put in 6 gal water and with an airlock ,, do you think this will be okay or do i have too much sugar in it with the dextrose and 2 pints of corn syrup ????? Its bubbling like crazy right now ///

That's a good thing. Now you have to make the love to the container. Just swirl it around lightly a couple of times a day, and keep it at a good temp in a dark space. Let us know how it turns out! We've never made a batch of beer that wasn't drinkable. Also do you keep a journal of your batches? What you put it in it, what it's doing, how it turned out? If it wasn't bubbling I'd worry more.

It depends on how much total sugar you have in there. You should have checked out what your specific gravity was before pitching your yeast. Too high and the yeast will be stressed, potentially making for some funky flavors.

Also, you don't want to open it up at this point. All that does is allows an opportunity for infection every time the lid is opened. The bubbling will do all the stirring you need.

From the sound of things, you have a lot of sugar in there and will end up with a very potent, somewhat sweet brew.
