No need for burning-- conversion is now available.

Free will, too.

Witchcraft is Satanic, yes, I know, you reject the existence of Satan, but that doesn't make him any less real ! You may not intentionally worship him, but you blindly follow his bidding ! Remember people rejected the notion that the Earth was Round. Some even thought The Bible said it is flat,( It Doesn't, in fact it actually mentions "The Circle of the Earth" ), believing the Earth was flat changed nothing about the truth that it is Round ! Your rejection of the truth about Witchcraft doesn't change the truth about who's power is behind it !

NOW, to your question, I'd have to kill my beloved oldest Sister, and her Daughter. But not doing that to them isn't a turning away from my Faith, because no Christian would ever consider such a thing. You need to ask a Muslim.

No, no, no, no, no.

You must be hanging around some self-righteous Christians to be so turned-off as to ask a question like this.

Witch-burning should not have been done as it was so horribly by those oppressed, paranoid and superstitious Christians of old. It was not a godly thing to do.

There will never be any witch-burnings again.

If you're into witchcraft, don't be. C'mon back. We need smart people who know how to ask good questions.

I never liked reading about so-called witches being burned at the stake. I don't like the idea of anyone being burned at the stake. Anyone who even considers this as an act of Christianity is not a Christian in my mind. I would stand against burning at the stake even if I stood alone. I despise hypocrites. Hypocrites are not Christians.

If there was such a "being" as witches and it was legal to burn them, what would Christians do? Well first there is not a "being" alive that is really a witch, just self-proclaimed ones like you.

So since there is no such thing, we couldn't burn them. Even if it was legal now what's the difference? Don't need a law for a non-thing.

no one was ever burned at the stake for whichcraft.
they were hanged.
they were hanged for speaking the truth, that they were not witches. nor were they of the devil.
hanging was the chosen method of execution for them, only Giles Corey was crushed to death.

Bridget Bishop, Rebecca Nurse, Sarah Good, Susannah Martin, Elizabeth Howe, Sarah Eildes, George Burroughs, Martha Carrier, John Willard, George Jacobs Sr, John Proctor, Martha Corey (wife of Giles Corey), Mary Eastey, Ann Pudeator, Alic Parker, Mary Parker, Wilmott Redd, Margaret Scott, and Samuel Wardwell were all hanged.

I turned away from my religion many years ago. I cling only to Christ, and hope and pray that someday, should I be put in this situation that i have enough strength to deny him NOT.

I'm sure many would turn away from religion or anything that brings grave bodily harm and pain. But Witchcraft is not of God and is used to undermine what is good. So its best to stay away of such practices.

That is a big "if."

If that happened, I would not turn away from my Savior. What I would do would be support lawmakers that sought to convict as criminals those who were murdering people they thought to be witches. In other words, I would seek and support state justice for the people who thought it a good idea and within their rights to burn others at the stake.

But I would not abandon Christ as a result of what certain--or any--people do.

What is "witchcraft", anyhow?
If you are causing harm, then, of course, you should be answerable for what you have done, just as anyone else ought to be.
If you are not, why should you be afraid?
I will never turn away from Christ, and Christ will never turn away from you.

We would have to turn away from our religion to allow anyone to be burned.

HOSEA 4:6 My people are destroyed by lack of knowledge (other words they are ingnorant)

That why its important to have widsom!
understanding the word of GOD is WISDOM.

Those quakers (frauds) used religion to satisfy their stupid ignorance and self centered righteous while they were whore mongers liars themselves.

All who believe and serve Christ aren't ignorant Bible thumpers.
Some do have discernment- separating Light (truth) from darkness (lies)

I don't believe in Hoo Doo Voo Doo.
I "BELIEVE" the word of GOD is true.

Man can Burn "me" for believing. I then go home with the Father.
If I reject God-he burns me in HELL (lake of fire).
I choose life>Christ.
