You might want to go to a clinic or the doctors to have a mono test done (all they do is draw a little blood and run a CBC (complete blood count) on it) and if that is not it then it will probably be a diagnosis of a virus or a cold. I had mono and was run down for almost three months. But anyway, that is what I would reccomend. If it is mono you will be alright it just a little bit. Good luck :)

you could as you said be anemia but i was feeling run down to at one time i was eating right, exercising and i didn't do anything really bad that would make me feel that way, i was working at a pharmacy at the time and it was a health store so the pharmacist suggested to me that i try a multi vitamin and a b-12 vitamin its given in shots at the doctors office but it comes in a vitamin form that you can pick up at any store walmart, Walgreen in the vitamin department and since you are anemia that mean you are suffering from low blood iron so you might want to try a centruim with iron i think its the silver label one if not that just read the label and see if that brand has iron in its ingredients and try other iron rich foods like raisins and breads along with vitamin c that will help you body absorb it

Diabetes can make you feel overly tired and run down. Ask your doctor for a fasting blood glucose test to see if this is the reason.

Some hormone imbalance can do it, too. My wife (and my Mum) both have thyroid deficiencies. They have to take medication to bolster their thyroid deficiencies or else they tire VERY easily. A daily vitamin can help stave off tiredness too, if it comes as a result of malnutrition.
