S Miladi. Both keep you in the dark. Neither knowing the right. Both are correctable.
Both are different from stupidity where you can not learn.
My opinion neither is worst.

False knowledge, for one who is ignorant but is aware of the ignorance may be inclined to seek the truth, while the holder of false knowledge resists the truth in their misplaced confidence that they already have it.

false knowledge, bec when u have information that is wrong, u can even give a wrong dose or a wrong judjement to an innocent person.
If ur ignorant about something, then u can keep ur mouth shut or ask for info from a reliable source.

Ignorance is just not knowing and we all fall into this category.
Thinking you know something about something that you don't is way worse.

"They" say; " Ignorance is bliss." Being mistaken is not a crime, Being resolutely incorrect is simply ignorance in action. Which is worse? Being convinced of false knowledge is the worse offense in my opinion. I may be mistaken though.
