hey i have some extra fat on my stomach and chest and legs ya know just some extra fat in some areas its not bad but it bothers me a little bit so i want to get rid of it im about to start jogging an hour a day will that do anything with burning the fat off of those places i mean does it work well and fast ? well thanks latr

I have been jogging for 30 mins a day, and doing 8 min abs for about 5 days, and I have started to notice a difference. Plus I am watching what i put in my mouth! Good luck!

Definitely! I have been simply walking about an hour a day for 24 days and have lost about 23 lbs. Like others have said, any exercise is better than none!

Yeah jogging is good, you might also want to consider weight training 2-4 days a week in addition to that.

Jogging an hour per day greatly reduces your risk of heart disease. 20 minutes per day of exercise also can reduce bad cholesterol in your body.

Also, let's face it, you will lose weight as long as you are burning off more calories than you are taking in.

jogging excellent. incorporate ab lunges as well this will direct target the mod section. Lunges are good too.
