None of the utilities are regulated. I also think Jack is a bit low on gas. I'm paying about 100 during the summer in Oshawa (next to Toronto) but it climbs to about 300 during the winter.

Jack seems right, I pay 978 CDN for a two bedroom that includes parking. Its in a nice area in North York just north of Toronto. Jack didn't mention phone, phone for me is about 50 CDN a month and I don't phone long distance. If you want to use public transportation a bus pass, which is transferrable for an adult is 98.00 per month.

It depends also on your living space. Apartments are always less expensive then heating or cooling a house. I lived in a small one bedroom (about 500 square feet) and paid about $80-$100 every 2 months for electricity living on my own.
