I have been living at school for 6 weeks now and there is just so much that I have to do. I feel like I am always too busy and I have no time for myself. Because I keep over thinking everything I have been having panic attacks and feeling very anxious. It is just such an uncomfortable feeling! Are there any home remedies for it or should I go to the doctor?

There's always herbals like kava-kava and valerian to help you relax. If it becomes really difficult to deal with it on your own you might want to see your doctor and perhaps a therapist. It sounds like what you need is some YOU time. Therapy can help you express your needs and wants to everyone who is so demanding of your time and also teaches you relaxation techniques. Yoga is good too if you can get yourself into all those positions! Most importantly, take some time each and every day just for you, even if it's 15 minutes to soak in a warm tub(use lavander to help with anxiety and stress). I know what you're going through. Try St. John's Wort, it's all natural, and may help with what you are feeling. Can buy it just about anywhere for under $5. If it doesn't work by all means get professional guidance. Just make sure to follow package instructions and don't over do it.

breathing, relaxation, and meditation work for me. I am full-time student, work full-time, and have 3 kids + a husband who requires a lot of attention. Never get time for myself except in the car rides to work and school, and in the shower.

Smoke a fat reefer , listen to alot of bob marley and relax in a hammok or rocking-chair or even a swing!
