Don't do it! It is just an advertisement. They don't really know what is going on inside your computer. Be careful with things like that!

It's an advertisement which is popping up on your screen,if you click it- see the results yourself.It's a spy ware try to remove it with Yahoo antispyware software by scanning your whole computer program.or use window malicious software removal tools.It's an advertisement,you don't have to purchase it,cause when you have a Yahoo suite,all you need is there.
