Unless parts of your body are made of food stuffs .. I wouldn't bother with the saran wrap at all. Good Luck! :)

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

First, the fact that you run 30 minutes and do 8 minutes of abs is fantastic. You are doing the BEST excercise available, especially if you get into your target heart rate. On the other hand, the saran wrap isn't such a good idea.
You will sweat a lot, and will dehydrate yourself. Nothing more.
The weight you lose is only in WATER weight, and the moment you drink water (which you should do a lot of if you want to lose weight), you will gain that weight back.
One of the things about losing water weight, is that sometimes it makes it look like your "lumpy" fat disappears a little bit. That is because fat holds quite a bit of water. When the water is depleted between the fat cells, you don't see that "cottage cheese" cellulite as much.
Don't bother with the saran wrap plan....it is just a destructive, short term remedy for a problem that requires work (eating right and regular excercise)

Wrestlers wear things that will help them sweat. They do this to lose water weight, this allows them to "make weight" when they weigh in for a meet so they can wrestle in a lower weight class, potentially against physically smaller opponents.
This weight loss is only temporary, drink a glass of water and the weight comes right back. Excessive water loss can also be damaging, I would highly recommend against using water loss for weight loss. It's harmful to your body and misleading as to any actual loss of body mass.
Most health experts caution against using weight as a yardstick for increasing your health anyway. Weight can fluctuate during the day by several pounds. Eat a meal, weight goes up, no real or immediate change in health. Use the restroom, weight goes down, again no real health change.
Combine a sensible diet with exercise and some weight training designed to meet your goals. Judge your success on how you feel and how much energy you have. Give the process time and you'll have success that will mean a lot to you whether you've ever stepped foot on a scale or not.

You'll temporarily lose water weight which you'll quickly regain when you drink fluids. It may also help you temporarily lose inches from the area to whichyou apply it. So, for a special occasion when you need a temporary loss, it's OK. Just be sure you don't get overheated or lose too much fluid when exercising using this method. You could end up with an electrolyte imbalance or heat exhaustion.

You will dehydrate and lose perspiration or water....the scale tells you that you weigh less, but it's all water.
I would up the cardio time that you are doing.
Wrestlers always need to show on a scale that they lost weight to wrestle in that weight bracket. Very unhealthy and can be harmful.

Wrestlers do that to sweat alot to get in a lower weight class. They're not losing fat.
