girl, i would say whenever u have this craving just go and have one oreo, simply one cookie...what difference would it make? you could burn that extra calorie by running five minutes more than your usual time...atleast you won't miss your oreo that much and you feel good at the same time. Having a diet is cool but it can be a bit depressing when you stop eating almost everything that you crave...for me I would have it but in smallest portion and i would try to work out on a regular basis, not skipping a single day. Try not to ban everything that you love....have fun!

You've made the important decision to start losing weight. Now take a minute to make a written contract with yourself. Start by writing down your reasons for wanting to lose the weight, and how it will help improve the quality of your life. Then, sign and date it at the bottom. Place this pledge on your nightstand and read it every morning before getting out of bed. Or carry it with you and whip it out whenever you feel tempted to eat an oreo or cheat on your diet. Hold yourself accountable for what you say you will do. Also, for additional motivation, hang your bikini on the fridge. Find a picture in a magazine of what you are striving to look like and hang this up where you will see it everyday also. Try not to have tempting foods in the house also. Good Luck!

Honestly I had a really hard time on diets, and I would quit everyone within days. I was trying to lose weight just by dieting and it didn't ever work for me.So i started running on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day and watching what I eat, plus doing 8 min abs daily.. It has only been about 5 days, but I am already noticing a difference! If you erally want to use a quote write "Do you want to be fat and eat bad, or look good and eat good? It's up to you!

Great motivation for me has been SEEING results. I use a pedometer daily and weigh myself daily in the morning with a precise digital scale that reads to the nearest twentieth...i.e. 231.2 lbs or 189.8. This has helped me because seeing actual weight loss, even if it is just 0.4 lbs keeps me motivated to keep going. It is also that your scale is in the same place every day, on a flat surface (not on top of carpet). Also only weigh yourself in the morning...(it is when you weigh the least and seeing this will surely motivate you) Also please get plenty of rest, at least 7 or 8 hours...your body needs it to help you lose weight.

Best thing is to stop buying the Oreos and any other "snack" stuff like that. Eat an orange or raisins or apple instead. Good Luck ! :)

do you have clothes in the size you want to be? hang those where you can see them...
or find pictures of clothes you want to have when you get to that size.
I don't have a lot of quotes though...playing music while you exercise helps. Actually, when i get cravings, I exercise...because you can't eat & exercise at the same time, and usually the craving goes away!
