The doctor that invented got shot in the face by his girlfriend and was killed. I dont know about the diet, same ole crap I imagine.

As implied in the word itself .. Scarsdale. It involves a group of friends who are with you when you eat .. every so often one of them screams out loud to "scare" you. After a while you are conditioned to not eat very much food off your plate. Good Luck! :)
