Just as there are true christians in many churches there are a few great churches that witness to the truth. I have found that many of these are non-denominational.

Here is the sad fact. I have never found a church that follows the scripture with regards to both how to choose elders and how to keep them accountable therefor I have never observed a church that stays on track. It once was my job to take delinquents to church and so have attended over 100 churches in that capacity and then there are the ones I have been a member of and none provided any long term assurance that personal agendas of the pastor at the time would not affect the body in some negative way.

The closest group to achieving the ideal was a bible study and that group though spread far and wide are all still close.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THE CHURCH DID NOT CREATE GOD. GOD CREATED THE CHURCH WHICH IS IN REALITY ALL THOSE WHO ARE TRUELY GOD'S FRIENDS, AND ARE WILLING TO DO HIS WILL.

It seems pretty obvious that it would be the Church God Himself, in the person of Jesus Christ, founded. The one to which He said "whatsoever you bind upon Earth is bound in heaven". The one to which He said "he who hears you hears Me". The one to which He said "the Holy Spirit will guide you to all truth". The one to which He said "I will be with you until the end of time". If that Church doesn't provide faithful and true witness, then Jesus didn't know what He was talking about. And if that Church isn't providing faithful and true witness, then it's pretty unlikely that any one of the thousands of conflicting churches founded by men centuries later would be able to do so.

The true church consists of people from all walks of life. They have most likely been brought up in a certain religion, yet now they see more then what was thaught there. Their eyes have been opened. if you do not understand certain thing about God, Jesus, or the bible you can pray for wisdom..My hope is everyone will eventually be included in the true church. It is those who find their true selves and conquer the world to recover their innocence// The true church are "heroes that belong to the Light"///

i am assuming that you are meaning what is written in the bible, not a church of today?
Revelation 3:14 To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation.

It's not a "church." It's a people. We are all witnessing God's creation. When He finishes His creation, there will be peace on earth and justice for all. I'm in no hurry -- I'm living the life He gave me to the fullest. Take the time to smell the roses!

I believe God is within us all, so church is optional. Living with sin is not. But in the bible it says Jesus started the pentecostal church.
