I had an extra 20 lbs that I had wanted to lose for sooo long and I tried every diet, but I love food so I could never stick with it. One of my friends and I did weight watchers together. We didn't attend meetings, we just used the book to add up points. I lost all of the weight in 2 1/2 months and I was actually able to stick with it since there is a variety of foods you can still eat. Weight watchers worked very well, and doing the diet with a friend helps with staying motivated. Good luck.

OK. You have a little softness in the areas where you need to do more exercise, along with general exercise for the whole cardiovascular and muscle tone thing. So you need spot exercises for those. Stomach, sit-ups are the thing. Thighs respond well to a variety of lower body exercises, but my favorite is the alpine track thing, which imitates the moves of a skier. It's well balanced, and is good for cardio stuff. But just plain walking or running will help plenty. You don't have to get fancy.
The fat that lands on your face is another story. There's only so much you can do with exercise, and apparently you get enough exercise of the jaw, if you know what I mean. So really, that's about putting on rather than getting it off.
I mean, bluntly, that people usually lose around the face once they are actually eating less, or at least exercising enough more to overcome the excess of what they eat. Because fat around the face is deposits, plain and simple. Exercises around the neck and so on can help, but simply dieting will help more there than in the rest of your body.
The secret to really getting in shape is to take it slowly. Achieve a good balance of exercise and sensible eating that gradually yields a firmer, healthier you. The actual pounds recorded on your bathroom scale is nowhere near as important as how well toned and well-nourished you are. Not well-fed; well-nourished.

Since it seems that you don't have to lose much weight, if I were you, I would either go to the gym a couple times a week for a few months or cut down on what you eat (if you eat sweets or carbs). You could always try the south beach or atkins 7-day plans which one usually loses about 10lbs with

The best way to lose weight in my opinion is diet. im not saying starve yourself. lates say you sleep around 11pm every day. stop eating around 8pm so that give your body 3 hours to get rid of the food in your stomach.
In additon to diet, you need to do cardio for at least 30 mins a day. youll see the weight come right off.

Stay out of the all-you-can-eat places. Eat 3 meals a day. Do not skip breakfast. If you are on regular sodas, get off of them. They are nothing but sugar flavored water. Try to stay away from pastries. Walk regularly, even a short walk every day. If you have to have sweets there are sugar free items every where. Buy your self a stunning outfit in the size you want to be and hang where you can see it every day. Watch the size of the portions you ladle on your plate. Good luck

Reduce your stress. Your stress hormone cortisol is usually activated by extremely low-calorie weight loss plans, intense training, lack of sleep and day-to-day worries, which ends in a spike in glucose levels within your blood. More worryingly, it can help with blocked arteries and fat build-up around your internal organs, putting you prone to diabetes and heart disease. The one prescription for this is to… relax.
