Chicken meat is like any meat it is protine first. It is know as white meat and is considered batter then red meat.

I do not know what you mean by "considered to create body heat".

But from my personal experience after eating, initialy body temperature should drop a little when blood supply increase to the areas of the digestive system and drops in the other areas. most people do not even notice this. Food is like fuel for the body, body kind of burns it and generates calories (heat). So some people do experience this and feel the warmth, it is an unique experience (good feeling).

Never heard of anything like that before so I am sure it is just nonsense.
