It's been 7 months since I am dealing with a problem in a relationships ..I am having headaches everyday since that time, and head pressure to due the relationships and doubt ...Sometimes, I don't feel my head anymore...do you think it 's a symptom of brain tumor ...? can managing a problem for too long cause brain tumor ?

No honey, relationship hell does not cause brain tumors.
What you are describing is most likely stress, but also it is very frightening to wonder about cancer of any kind.
If you have a doctor you can talk to, please go have a chat.
A kind doctor will make a few physical checks on you, and let you know.

Well, not directly, no. However, stress is linked to cancer and tumor formation, as it suppresses the immune system (which is what stops most tumors from starting in the first place).
Don't freak out though; you're not likely going to get a tumor within a 7 month time-frame.
Talk to a doctor about it; he/she may have some good recommendations on lowering stress. My advice is lots of exercise, plenty of sleep, and a healthy diet. Also, cut out or at least reduce caffeine and alcohol intake.

However, the odds are that you are have stress-related headaches. Relationships that are not working are very stressful. Obviously, whatever you've been doing is not working, so you need to change the parameters of the problem and see if you can resolve the issue.

Yah it is feasible, however most unlikely. Its now not healthful to be in your telephone 24/7. But if you happen to use it to name simplest side of the time that is high-quality, texting and gaming does not anything both.
