Wow you are right, it is addicting. One day I decided to ask a quesiton and was directed to Yahoo Answers and believe it or not, my quesiton was answered and then I got hooked, but it was only because i wanted to get to level two. hehehehehe. After that it sort of worn off.

Give it a little time, the novelty will wear off. and if not, find out if there is a parental block for this type of thing and if you don't know where to look just go to yahoo Answers (hehehehe just kidding)

Addicted? As in they haven't taken a shower in days and flys are buzzing around him from the smell? He still types answers to questions as the blisters grow bigger on his finger tips? He lost 10 pounds because he has refused to eat? He squints his eyes to see the screen?

I think he is OK.

well you shouldn't be asking us because we all have the same problem! You should..er "your friend" should only get on here when he has done everything else for the day and then it's like free time at the end of the day. There's more questions to answer in the evenings anyway.
