You could but they are going to taste different and have a crappy texture when you thaw them out.

Freezing 420 by itself does nothing to reduce the potency. As a matter of fact, keeping higher quality 420 in the freezer, triple wrapped in freezer storage bags, actually increases shelf life.

But the real issue is with the brownie part of this equation.

Don't do it! Just make enough brownies for your party!
