Pity you're not coming to Manila, they're the cheapest, and people put prices on things here unlike Hong Kong where you always have to ask. My IBM Thinkpad R50e cost me 430 quid in January, and now it's probably 300 quid.
A 5 megapix digital here will only cost 200usd.

Generally Singapore is the cheapest for electronics goods..
There are some inredible bargains in second hand stuff too.
