It would be non-alcoholic wine.
You can find it where you find wines. Without the alcohol it doesn't posses the same blood-thinning properties as acoholic wine does, so no...not the same health benefits.

The difference between wine and grape juice is that in making wine, yeast eats the sugars from the grape juice to create the alcohol and other flavors not originally present in the grape juice.

When you remove the alcohol from the wine, it still tastes like wine because there's no sugar left and the fermented flavors are now present.

Wine is made from fruits, therefor, without the alcohol it would be fruit juice.
