No having a affair is just as wrong as a one night stand maybe even worse because one night stands are just sex and affairs are romance. If your not a whore I suggest doing neither. Maybe you should have a talk with your wife seems like your confused about somethings.

Why would you want to have a one-night stand? Keep their number so you can do them over and over again.
And no, because having an affair is breaking a commitment/promise, etc. And a one-night-stand is a non-deal-breaker (cutting the relationship short).

Both are horrible, but a one night stand can be blamed on stress or being drunk. Having an affair is just plain bad.

It depends on the people involved. Some people relax more each time they have sex with someone. An affair would make them feel better and have better sex.

no, a one night stand is a one off mistake you can forgive, but an affair is a lot of mistakes that cannot be forgiven

dont consider have either of them at all.....work on your marriage!!!! The trouble today is that it is so easy to get a divorce and there is no commitment in marriages today - shame really
