Do one of the two:

1) Without informing your parents, call all your dad's friends, mom's friends, all relatives you can. Have a grand party in a good restaurant or a hall and let everyone know how much you love them, your parents will remember this for long

2) Book a holiday travel (or a 1 day holiday to nearby place if long holiday is not possible) so that they can celebrate the time romancing only with each other, no one else around. I'm sure with you three sisters, they hardly would have got to spend quality time together

Now, what you should go for actually depends on your parents' nature. If they are kind of party types go for option 1, else go for option 2.

If you dont like the idea or have any doubts or issues, do let me know. And tell me what you actually would be doing.

Surprise them with a homemade dinner. Set the table beautifully with candles, cloth napkins, and your best dishes. The food doesn't have to be fancy, but something yummy and homemade (microwave doesn't count). Use wine glasses for drinks, and have a song from their wedding/reception on in the background. Afterwards don't let your parents help with the dishes.
They'll really appreciate the thought you put into everything and they won't have to life a finger!

Grand celebration... from South India... I thought you guys always do it the Bollywood way... or is that only in the movies? Do it the Bollywood way... with music and dance.... make posters of when they were young and beautiful and hang them all over the place.
