Dont go in huttubs, hot baths, really got showers, dont wear briefs, wear loose underwear, and If you use a laptop. dont set it on your lap. Any possible heat source or thing to wear to hold in heat should not be worn, the cooler and looser the "area" is, the more likely the sperm count will go up!

Yes actually...My husband and I are going through the exact same issue. We have had all the necessary fertility testing done and since we have been trying for 2 years and it was determined his sperm count is too low...they are going to go and do an IUI(Artificial insemination) on me and if that doesn't work...next step is IVF(Invitro). See A fertility specialist. They do wonders when trying to have a baby.
