most of my friends that have gone to Amsterdam on a stag do tell me that there is too much drinking going on to be able to go with a prostitute

parties, I would guess that they will end up with a prostitute, even
if this was not their initial intention. The friends could even have
fixed a prepaid arranged for the groom in a package deal with
for a peep-show for themselves which could end up in a general
bacchanalia.

Maybe. I think it's probably more to do with drugs than prostitutes, though. And Amsterdam has that kind of blokey way-hey factor that will impress their mates.
If you're worried, ask your bloke if he intends visiting a prossie, then make it clear that if he does, the wedding will not take place.
Or for your peace of mind, reconcile yourself to the fact that he will probably go to one, and give him a packet of condoms to use. I might happen that every time he sees 'your' condoms he realises there's too much at stake.
Ultimately, if he knows how much it will upset you, and he loves you, he should change his plans.

No, not at all, they just want to have a once in a lifetime experience with their friends. It's just a big party with your friends, I've gone to many parties with my friends and never ended up with a prostitute. Just trust whoever it is going and you will have a much happier life together
