This doesn't sound right to me. As long as somebody on the field trip has an emergency number for your daughter she should be allowed to go. I would ask the school for the specific reasons why your daughter was not allowed to go on the field trips. Once you have those reasons, come up with valid counter arguments and go back to the school and fight for your daughter's right to be included on these trips.

Good Luck.

No, it is absolutely illegal for them to do this IF the field trips are the normal go and see and not something physically impossible /dangerous for her to participate in. (ex: the student with severe CP and minimal physical control of movments, whose parents wanted me--who has never skied--to use a strapped tandem ski and go skiing! I would have killed him, or at least injured both of us. For my student to go, staff decided a parent would have to accompany him and do all activities with him.) I would say a nurse or para should accompany your daughter just for safety. Your daughter has ADA and least restrictive environment protections under the law. Skip the principle and go directly to the superintendent.

I agree with the above.

There shouldn't be any reason for her to be excluded from field trips.
I would definitely be giving someone a call...

Hope it works out for you.

a visit to the treasury the position the money is being printed and next communicate of what it takes to handle those topics RESPONSIBLY. a visit to any organisation to fulfill the owner and the roles he supplies you to his workers. a visit to the recycling plant and next communicate about how undesirable the stream has been in words of value and pollution -- thousands of thousands of bins, thousands of series trucks, and so on. and so on. a visit to a protest and next communicate of emotional reason verses logical reason. there'll easily be both in attendance. a visit to a house Depot to witness the full brush aside for our regulations b/c they're using emotional reason (see above) There are a ton of container journeys scholars can take. anyplace they pick to take them, there should be some logical communicate about what's being said -- what the options are -- what are the costs -- what are the priorities -- what's the reason -- who's earning salary -- what's propaganda -- the thanks to mine purpose diagnosis -- and so on. and so on..

I dont think they can exclude her.
I think that if anything, for her safety they would want an adult supervising her or just being with her.
I would talk to a lawyer or something because that seems wrong.
