Afraid not as the wrist has no big muscles in there to develop but you can exercise your fore arms and finger flexors beefing up the lower arm.

You could try the ancient Gaelic art of Saesar. This is a game where by competitors try to break large pieces from two stones simply by banging them together using the action of their wrists.
The best competitors use stones weighing up to 18Kgs IN EACH HAND. Needless to say their wrists are very large!
A Google search should help.

You can make it stronger by doing lifting, but your wrist is a bone and unless you gain a lot of excess weight it won't get any larger.

What a strange question.
Are you just trying to see who will say something rude?
Wrists are just a small part of your body to worry about. Why would you want big wrists if you have small hands - if you had big wrists and small hands that would just be freakish!

I don't think there is...your wrist is mostly bone anyway. Unless you gain a lot of weight, but your wrists & feet are like the last place to gain weight.

Squeeze a squash ball a few hundred times a day that should improve wrist strength.

Erm, I can think of one way............ Although my way might lead to one wrist being considerably larger than the other....... alternatively what about one of those things that look a pair of pliers but they're feckin hard to squeeze and they're meant to give you beefy wrists?? Alternatively - why not try wrist implants?

gripping exercises may help, but there are no muscles in the wrist joint itself. all the finger flexors pass through from the forearm.

My brother has this problem, and there's no real way to thicken your wrists unless you gain some weight.

it's definately possible. pull-ups are the best exercise for forearms and wrists. do them slowly and vary how far apart your hands are.
