I have been spit on, called racial terms, and i am treated unfairly. I am being opressed in my own country. I can not even learn the things i need to learn because i am not being trained properly because i am white. What can i do about this? Why are the spanish so racist and cruel.

You are a contruction engineer that cannot learn the things you need to because you are white? and they are hispanic? Didn't you get your education before becoming an engineer?
Also the spanish are from Spain so you are saying you work with 90% spaniards in the US? What country are you from exactly?
Btw did all of you notice how hostile some people got even though a real race or nationality was not mentioned until the end? and it was Spanish. Hell he didn't even say he lived in the US.
Talk about seeing only what you want to see...and this is so just a baiter question.

As another white who has worked with many Hispanics and who worries about illegal immigration (emphasis on "illegal"), I nevertheless have to wonder ... What on earth did you say to these people to trigger all of this?
I'm sorry, but it's darned likely that you've brought this on yourself somehow. Even when you're odd-man out, the worst that's likely to happen to you is that no one talks to you, so you don't get crucial information. The spitting suggests that you've said something (maybe innocently) that got them ticked at you. Or you stepped on toes by taking a job that they thought someone else should have.
I'm NOT saying that you deserve this, simply that this sort of thing -- even in your sort of demographic situation -- seldom happens without some sort of triggering event. (For instance, there are probably other non-Hispanics there -- you said 90%, not 99%. So ... are the other non-Hispanics getting this same treatment? If so, file a class action or something. But I'm betting that 10% of the company is not getting this same treatment -- it's mostly you. So why the difference?)
You might, alternatively, just consider getting another job.

Actually, if anything this confirms the ludicrous irony of being racist; anyone, from any culture or nationality is capable of being racist. Secondly, Spain is in Europe. Just because a person speaks Spanish does not mean they're from Spain. And last time I checked, one doesn't have to be Hispanic or from any particular culture, in order to be cruel. Cruelty and racism are equal opportunity negative traits. In any case, you nor anyone deserves to be mistreated at their job. Report it to your supervisor, or his superior.

I have received the same abuse myself, I worked in a place that hired droves of illegals. One day while I was working on machine,a Mexican through a piece of lard at me and drilled me in the back of of the head, and denied it. However my supervisor just happened to see it happen. I was mad and walked away , said to the production supervisor, if he has enough strength to through that stuff, he should be able to pull it by hand for the rest of the day. After I cooled down, I did go back and finished repairing the lard puller system.
The behavior I noticed from them is not racial , it is cultural. If they are to come into the country legally, and become a active part of the American culture they are not a problem.
Becareful how you deal with this problem, I was in the same setting as you before. To do nothing is wrong, but watch how you react. Employers love their disposable illegals, and by that I mean illegal employment, not individual people. One idea about how to deal with it is to say verry little about it, and contact ICE, and keep on them, but don't let any one know you are the informant.

File a discrimination complaint against the company. and if they are illegals report the company to the INS. Racism is not a white only problem. its universal.
I know what you mean though I was spit on by a Black person when I was 13. But I tried not to let that make me prejudice. But it felt horrible at the time. and the only thing I was doing was walking past him in a strip mall

If these people are illegal and you can prove it, contact ICE and tell them you will send proof or help in an investigation. If these are American Latino racist, this is typical behavior in Latino dominated areas. Seen it every day in Santa Maria CA. They show their 3rd world nature in their rallies, and contempt of our laws. The ones with citizenship that display their dislike of others because of their color is a typical example of their refusal to leave their loyalty to Mexico and it's culture even after generations in America. A small percentage of Latinos will convert to American culture, ethics, and values.

Quit the job or act like a crazy white boy! If one of them spits on you, go after them and bite! If they call you racial names, just laugh histerically at them as though they told a funny joke! If the biggest hispanic comes at you, f*cking kick him in the balls and keep kicking until you are pulled of him!
Don't take crap from anyone! This hispanic group will either fear you, respect you, or gang up on you. Whatever takes place you can sleep at night knowing you stood up for yourself even if you get your *** kicked. You can be proud of yourself for not being a pussy.

All races can be this way, it's sad. Some seem to hate
or dislike what's not them.
The world is your oyster. Check to see if your job has a branch in another state. Apply to jobs in other parts of the country. Never feel you have to be locked in there. It's a big world.

I went to a 90% black school. I have been through the same thing. You are white, you don't get equal rights. You just get the blame for them not getting what they want. The best way to to deal with this is to better yourself and leave them behind.
