why those specific amounts? Maybe just relax a bit about it and as long as you are not gaining too much weight, just not worry about it?

Drink a litle less beer, a few fewer dougnuts maybe. More raw veggies.

Several suggestions here.

1 - Drink a lot of water. Especially before meals. It fills you up and you eat less.

2 - Fruit, fruit, fruit. Need I say more?

3 - Aerobic exercise. If you aren't a runner don't go out and try to run right away. You'll hate it. I suggest walking at a brisk pace for about 3 kms a night.

4 - Once a week have whatever you want to eat. Yes that's right. This is so it doesn't seem like such a hardship the rest of the week. Any extra time it may take to make up for eating a treat this day will be made up by your continuing with the plan.

5 - Throw out the stationary bike and the dumbbells. Unless you really like sitting on a bike in your house the walking is a better option. You may want to carry the dumbbells on your walk, but they are for toning not weight loss.

This worked for me. It's not magic but it works. After a while you'll get used to it and it won't even seem like a diet.

Well, losing weight is all about math..if you are expending more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. If you don't, well..about every extra 3500 calories will make you gain a pound, and I forget is a kg 2.2 pounds or is it the other way around?

In any case, you should start counting calories if you are serious and also, if your timetable is flexible, maybe loosen it up a little because the stress of the goal might mess with your head.

A nice combination of cardio and weights will help you out but for serious weight loss you need to be doing the cardio up to 6 days a week, forget the 3 day a week stuff, that won't get enough calories burned. Also, think of other things that can burn calories so you don't get bored, dancing, gardening, hiking...

Sorry I can't help you with a meal plan but good luck!

Hi I know a great websight for you to check out. I've joined it 2 weeks ago and I've already lost more then 9lbs (USA). The websight is www.sparkpeople.com people from all over the world have joined this sight. And the best part it is free to join. They will give you a comustomised diet plan. (just make sure you click on you vegetarian meals when signing up.) They can even give you an exercise program to follow. They have a place to track everything you have eaten for the day as well as tracking exercises. Your bike would consider to be cardio and your dumbells would be considered strength. Me I do 25 minutes of cardio 3 days a week and 25 minutes of strength 3 days a week with one day to rest. Good luck to you.
