I am white, I live in Texas and I am have been dominated by the Latin culture since I was born. I love the Latin culture. The food and history is great. I love Latinas and most of my girlfriends have been Mexican or Hispanic!! I hope that antimexicanism doesn't exist. I do hope that antiillegalimmigrantism does exist though. I have a problem with anyone that doesn't pay there legal dues to get into a country. I don't think Germany would be willing to compromise if I was to jump on there soil and demand that everyone there learns my language. I am in new territory so I need to abide by the laws of that region. Bar none!

There is not antimexicanism. I have alot of hispanic friends. There is the feeling that Illegal aliens are trying to force themselves and their problems on a country that doesn't want them. If they didn't have problems in the first place, why cant they apply for a green card like other immigrants. If they didn't have problems, why cant they stay in the country they were born in.If they didn't have problems, why don't they follow the laws of both the country they are leaving and the country they are moving to. If they didn't have problems, why don't they be considerate, and thought ful, and law abiding, and try to work out the problems they have in their own country instead of bringing their problems into another country, where they still won't be helped. The illegal alien eventually, is often the one who ends up behind bars in the other country of choice, not because they are illegal persay, but because they are ignorant and end up bringing more drug and gang crimes to the places they settle in. They think people owe them something, and when they don't get it, they go deeper into crimes and scams thinking to make a living and mad because they cant do it in a "legal" way. They should just stay where they are.

Of course. Some people are racist, regardless of their nationality. It stands to reason that people in the United States will be prejudiced against Mexicans when Mexicans are primarily the ILLEGAL immigrants entering the country. I'm not saying this is acceptable, but it's fact. There are other minority groups in the US that are "anti-mexican." Puerto Ricans come to mind.

No not really. We as Americans do not dislike Mexicans as a whole. But we do not like people breaking our laws and using up tax our money. The illegal aliens do this at an alarming rate. There is and always will be some that hate just to hate. Not just Americans. It is there in all countries of the world.

I'm not Hispanic but all you have to do is check out some of the answers in the immigration forum to conclude (unfortunately) that there is quite a bit of anti-Mexican sentiment.

I'm not too sure that's a word, but yes. And what's more its going to get worse as more and more illegals come across the border. My advice: get a gun and learn how to use it because you're going to need it in the future.
