Ford Rangers can have either horns the easiest way to tell is to open the hood and look at the battery(s). If there is only one battery then it is a 12 volt system, if there is two batteries then it is a 24 volt system. Gas (12 volt) or diesel (most are 24 volt)

All Ford's in the US and Canada are 12 volt systems.... Even Diesels.... The battery is in series on a diesel to deliver the needed amps to the starter

But the horn is 12 volts and is wired in series at the horn to sound both off.. but it's just 12 volts
