Shake 'N Bake for Chicken or Pork. Serve with Minute rice and mushroom gravy (I used cream of mushroom soup, throw it in a pan with a 1/2 can of milk and bring to a boil). Add salt and pepper as it is cooking. Then throw a can of vegetables in the microwave for 2 1/2 mins. You have a meat, vegetable, rice and gravy for dinner. It doesn't take too much and is easy. Bone-in chicken takes about 45mins to cook but it is tasty. One of my best whipper upers.

I just showed this question and answers to my family. They were amazed at the meals some people eat. We never eat some of the crappy meals people here obviously ingest.
I'll make beef stew one night, homemade pasta sauce with homemade meatballs another, We never, ever eat that jar crap. Homemade soup, grilled steaks, chops, roast chicken, stir fried chicken with vegetables over rice or udon noodles, I never buy canned vegetables, only frozen corn and peas. Everything else is fresh. Want to cook quickly? Buy a pressure cooker.
I don't even make hamburgers for dinner. That's a lunch entree. Lazy is as lazy does.
Even when I'm in a hurry to get dinner on the table, we'll have broiled chops, mashed potatoes from scratch, a steamed vegetable, a salad, and some warmed rolls.
But then again we eat as a family all together every night, no TV, which many people don't do and always with a tablecloth on the table. We talk as a family, no wonder many kids do so poorly in school.

baked bbq chicken in the oven, boneless chicken breasts, put BBQ sauce on top of it with a little water in the bottom of the pan, for 425 for 30 minutes, flip the chicken then 30 more minutes.
You can open a can of green beans and a baked potato from the microwave.
We eat it all the time....\\Then you could take 5 minutes, open a box of Jello pudding with 2 cups of milk, sit in the refrig for about 30 minutes and you are good to go.

Chicken Enchiladas with Salsa Verde:
A squeeze of lime juice brightens the flavor of this hearty Mexican dish. The enchiladas are mild, so serve with hot sauce, if desired. If you can't find queso fresco, use 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Monterey Jack with jalapeño peppers. Total time: 45 minutes.
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (7-ounce) bottle salsa verde (such as Herdez brand)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1/3 cup (3 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
Cooking spray
1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled queso fresco
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
4 lime wedges
Cilantro sprigs (optional)
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Combine chicken and cream cheese in a large bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa mixture. Reserve remaining salsa mixture.
Bring broth to a simmer in a medium skillet. Working with one tortilla at a time, add tortilla to pan; cook 20 seconds or until moist, turning once. Remove tortilla; drain on paper towels. Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of tortilla; roll up. Place tortilla, seam-side down, in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Repeat procedure with remaining tortillas, broth, and chicken mixture.
Pour remaining salsa mixture over enchiladas; sprinkle evenly with queso fresco and chili powder. Bake at 425° for 18 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with lime wedges. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 2 enchiladas and 1 lime wedge)

Well if you don't want to make a good dinner, that shows your laziness. It's not really possible to make a good dinner without taking time to make it. I suggest that some salad, cocktail, fruit and vegetables are great side dishes. A hamburger maybe good too, or a maybe a subway sub with salad and cocktail. Becareful of what you eat.

Spagetti and a jar of good sauce. Some store brought ground meat or sausage thrown in is a good addition. A bag of garlic bread and bag salad are super easy additions.

the best thing i think is pasta. it cooks fast and you can have it in so many different ways. if you're short in time just use any good pasta sauce from a jar, top it with cheese and you'll have a wonderful dinner within minutes. if you feel like cooking you can make lasagne, or cook sauce for your pasta yourself: tomato sauce, cheese sauce, mushroom, vegetable...etc.
