What are dreams?
whats the point of them?
Do the mean anything?

Im a really nice guy, but I hold alot in, I never show my anger. I have had alot of family problems, Abuse, neglect, fights-spliting up,

The say its bad to bottle it all up.
I usually have dreams about helping people, and I do in real life.

but recently, they have changed, death, darkness all around, I dont think they are nightmares, Im actually liking them, Is this bad?

Im never mean like that to anyone...

I also keep getting head achs, some actually make want to lay down and just die to end the pain, I havnt told any one...

Im to nervous right now.
what should I do?

You need a find a way to express your feelings, you can do this by lots of things. You could start doing a sport of somekind, you could make drawings, you could write, there are loads of possibilities...

You sound very emotionally hurt right now, which is understandable considering what your going through. Id say your dreams are normal and are reflecting what your going through in life. You sound very down and in need of some help and support. It can be difficult to talk to people especially if you hold things in, but i think it is important to talk to someone about how you are feeling. Maybe a friend or someone you can trust. You do not have to live through and put up with abuse. It is never good to bottle things up in your head, people care and people will support and listen to you. Your headaches sound like there from the stress and anxiety your going through. If your worried about them see your GP. You sound very scared and alone and this is probably why your having these types of dreams. Ive known alot of people to hold things in and it really is important to talk to someone, It is never worth gving up, things will get better, but right now you need some support.

Dreams are your minds way of letting go and venting. If you are bothered by those dreams, maybe you need to consider seeing a mental health professional like a social worker or psychologist.

dreams are a portal to another world if you can translate a dream properly the can help see in to your later life or a past life
a dream can also be lucid dreaming like waking up in your dream so that you can suit your dream to anyway you like but a dream is confusing like if you would see in your dream a dog walking on it's feet and reading a newspaper,, it would be normal in your dream world just like in the real world if you saw somebody swimming or driving etc . but the truth dreams are not pointless
