I found the prepared graham cracker crust at many grocery stores. After I bought it home, can I pour the cheese mixture directly into the crust and bake it in the oven ? Do you think that the foil plate outside the crust will be safe to put in the oven instead of a springform pan ? Which kind of crust will you prefer me to use: store bought, or homemade ?

Perfectly fine! That's the only way I make mine! It's fine to pour into a store crust since it's already par-baked for you. In fact, if my husband reads this, he'd want my lemon cheesecake right now!

The GC crust is suitable for this. the foil plate is fine in the over. Home crust rules, especially for the better type of cheesecake like Turtle.

Yes you can use that foil plate. Graham crackers is graham crackers. Store bought isn't any different than homemade.
