I'm not talking nightmares here. Just the kinda dreams that leave a "bad taste in my mouth" when I wake up from them. It's very rare that I dream something that....well, let's say, I'd wanna dream again.

Try to think about something good right before you go to sleep.

The Brain & Subcontious Have a Need TO Mix Or Totally Alienate The "Logic" and Collective Way Of Thinking That Has Been Programed Into Us After We Were Born. (Favoring Its Own wonderous Alien Logic)

It Might Not Have A Meaning That We Can Comprehend Because Our General Comprehension Of Things Comes not From that Alien Logic but Our learned one.

But It usually has A Meaning in One Of the 2 Realms.

(If You Can't Understand It, Not To Worry, Your Subconcious Is Way More Powerful Than Your Day To Day Concious Mind. Whatever Meaning It Was Creating through The Dream That ACTUALLY GOT STORED In Your Memory, As opposed to most dreams you have, Is There Mainly To Serve It. And That's The Most Important Thing.)

I've had (apart from other extremely bizarre drems that could have no meaning) dreams that mixed time and other measurement & concepts in a way not yet realised in the scientific world.

It frustrated me so much each time because it was so logical and clear in the dream and always an OMG !!! moment, but when I woke, the conceptual connection was faded instantly by my consious brain and logic, If I could have just kept it in my head the way that my sleeping mind had created it, I'm sure I would be a well known contributor to Mankind by now... But hey, S**t happens !!!

I think dreams are like thoughts you shouldnt take them too seriously. Thoughts are thougths not facts. I feel this is the same principle for dreams. I have many a times dreamt of bizzare things and things i dident like. I wouldnt place too much significance on bad or disturbing dreams. If they are very bad and you find them emotionally upsetting maybe you could ask your self whats happening in your life that could be related to having distrubing dreams. Maybe your anxious about something. Dont worry no matter what you dream about dosent make you a bad person, just might indicate some hidden emotional problems like being anxious over something or being in a bad realtionship. I cant really tell you much more but please dont worry, after all dreams are only dreams and are far from real life.

Those are probably the only dreams that you remember. Everyone dreams for at least a few hours a night. Before you go to sleep, you should remind yourself that you want to remember what you dream. When you wake up in the morning, you should write it down. Eventually, with concentration, you can train yourself to remember your dreams. These are facts, not superstition. I did it once for a class that I was taking. If you believe that dreams are trying to tell you something, get a book and try to figure them out. Good luck.

Dreams are a way of working out problems. That could be unpleasant.

the unpleasant ones are hitting you on a much more emotional level!
This way-its making you think about it more-and maybe getting to the root cause of the dream in the 1st place
