America has had fueds of it's own since day one over culture and lifestyle conflicts. Color of your skin is the fastest way to assume your culture style in general. This is not always true and not to say one is better than the other, but most of the time applies. We are different, plain and simple and to go out of your way to blend as many races together as possible is self destructive as a nation. United we stand is strength, divided we fall. How is giving people that came here by the millions with totally different points of view, adverse culture(which they hold to firmly) going to be healthy for this country? These are people from a third world nation and their behavior conflicts with our ethics. The small percentage of American Latino's that have addapted to our culture are and will stand against this invasion from Mexico

We wouldn't be America if we didn't have all the different cultures. I personally enjoy meeting people of different races. Off topic I hate the Confederate flag to me it respresent oppression, racism, segregation and bigotry.

America can and does have American culture. that includes speaking english. theres absolutely no reason we need to become a spanish speaking country also just because a bunch of illegals want to steal what we have here. they shouldnt even be here in the first place so why should we have to change ANYTHING for them when our LEGAL ancestors became americanized.

Actually, assimilation is the blender and is all the difference between a melting pot (which we are and which we want) and a multicultural society which has been likened to a 'tossed salad'. Multiculturalism IS segregation and divisivness.

As you say, "United we stand. Divided we fall."

you see how people call themselves various things, english-american, mexican-american, german-american, russian-american, the common bond is 'american'. If people can't get over the first part, and unify behind the second part, well.....
