If you are out side of the USA, she will have to file many many papers with immigration. She will have to come meet you in your country. It's faster if you guys get married when you are in your country.

You have a g/f in the U.S..right? Where are you living..in Canada?
Have the two of you ever met? If this is an online thing, what I'd suggest to you is to meet somewhere first. Why would you move to the U.S. anyway? Do you have a job waiting for you? If you don't, you'll likely need a "Greencard".
If the two of you have never met..tread carefully. She may not be who she says she is, and neither might you for that matter.

seems the most popular methods are sneaking across border with Mexico or taking a dilapidated, falling apart, half sinking, overloaded trawler, fishing boat or raft and letting the coast guard pick you up off the coast of Florida. however, if this girl wants you to move in she can sponser you, have her check with imigrations.
