Gotta be chicken. I don't know why - they're both foul [lol] I mean fowl. But there's a difference and I don't know what it is. I like fresh turkey as opposed to frozen, but the downside is that when the fresh turkeys are put out, they have to be frozen at home until they're used. But chicken is so much more versatile. I use it for everything - soup, casseroles, spaghetti sauce etc. - and I always cook it twice. Once before I make the soup etc. and what I don't use, I freeze.

I like both although i burn out on turkey more. Thanksgiving & Christmas usually does it for me on the turkey.

Chicken cos they are tastier and could be used in many varieties of dishes. Could be used in herbal dishes too. So, yeah, chicken. Never enough of it :)
