i have really liked this boy forever. and he doesn't like to date but i want him to ask me how to show him that i really like him. i tell him that i love him all the time. but i need something more

Guys will never get the small hints. There are several options. One option is tell him how you feel, which sounds hard but it's really not that bad once you get started, just don't puss out in the middle of it. Another option is to be really touchy-feely, easy way to at least get his attention.

Although if that guy says he does not like to date, you may be careful that statement might mean he dates however, he wouldn't date you.

Talk about clean activities that you know he likes (sports, reading subjects, etc) but don't look at him like you like him, look at him like a friend. Smile and give him space. A few days later, start talking again. Then you can start waving (friendly) when you see him. Wait a while. Talk again. The important thing is to make space and then be friends first.
