im a gymnast that got hurt and is just now getting back into the gym...
i was out for a couple of months and during that time i gained quite a bit of weight....
i have abs, but they are UNDERNEATH the fat that i gained....

how can i burn the fat as fast as possible and get healthy again??
--methods/foods to eat?
--what kind of exercises to do?
--how not be obessed with my weight anymore??

As Much As running sucks If you do it the weight should start to Come off.. or walking long distances at a good pace works also.. If you want to lose weight even quicker eat things like tuna, green beans, vegetable soup, cottage cheese. I think that's about it. However, what works for me may not work for you. Start with the Dawn Key diet...keep your A$$ outta da fridge!
Add lots of exercise, what ever you like as long as it burns calories!
