Matt 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

You want truth?

Psa 119:142 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Your LAW IS THE TRUTH!!!

Prov 6:23 For the commandment is a lamp, and the law is light.

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the prophecy: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

I TIMOTHY 3:15
But if I am delayed, I write so that you may know the right and proper way to conduct yourself in THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, who are the called out ones of the living Father, the pillar and ground of the truth.

...they used to speak long ago, saying: to receive an answer, ask at The House of Yahweh at Abilene; and that would settle a matter. - II Samuyl 20:18.

Eccl 1:9 That which has been is that which shall be; and that which has been done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

What are you going to do now?
Go to the place teaching the Law.

Mal 2:7 For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the Yahweh of hosts.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Hi Truly curious. God tells us about faith in Romans 10:14-15:

"How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent?..."

God continues speaking about faith in Romans 10:17

"So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by
the word of God."

One other thing, it is not us who decide to follow God. It is Him who draws us to Him, Christ tells us in John 6:44:

"No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day."

I suggest you read the Bible and pray to God. Try the sinners prayer "Lord have mercy on me; for I am a sinner."

You have to be determined to explore and find your own spirituality. Being curious alone may only get you into trouble without the maturity that a serious search for God and spirituality brings.

TRUTH IS GOD. GOD IS TRUTH. If you seek truth, no matter what faith or religion, you will find GOD. All religion is just an attempt to interpret GOD's work. Some interpretations are deeply wrong, some are close, if you find TRUTH, you will understand which is close to GOD's work and which is not.

Faith is something God gives out of His grace. Simply ask of it and you shall receive. If you believe in God than He will multiply your faith.

It depends on who you are and what your priorities really are. If you want mindless comfort, you will prob go the faith route. If you want harsh reality, you may realize that there is no god.
