As a teenager you need a healthy balanced diet. Simply stated, cut down on fats, sugar,etc. Eat lots of veggies and fresh fruit. Lean meats are also good, as are whole grains. Remember to drink lots of water and get a moderate amount of exercise. You will begin to see the pounds drop if you stick to this routine. Good luck!

Only if you really need it though don't go on it when you weigh 100 pounds.
but it's totally easy
the only thing you need is a book which you can get at weightwatchers
the good part about this diet is that you can eat whatever you want just with smaller amounts.
You get a certain amount of points daily for example i had 24. You find out how many points by going online to weightwatchers.com and using you age height and weight to give you the amounts. Then the book tells you how many points the foods are and you have to stay under the certain amount, for example 24. But then if one day you don't use all your points you get like rollover points to use the next week. Also, if you go and excersise for an hour you are allowed to gain more points. You have to have control over yourself. If you are just going to blow it off then this isn't the diet for you. I lost 15 pounds on it in about 2 months and the good part is no body can tell that you are on the diet so people out of no where say "hey, have you lost weight, you look really good?"
and you can say yeah it's weight watchers.
wow that was cheesy but whatever it really works for no cost cause the book is free and you are just buying regular foods. You can go to the grocery store with your parents and but whatever has low points like the weightwatchers ice cream which is really good and the tv dinners by Smart Ones which tells you how many points each dinner is.

you can eat anything (if you aren't allergic to something)-if you do it in moderation. Ah, but you have to determine what is moderate-a bite of a candy bar, or the whole thing! (not)-a large serving of your favorite food, or a smaller version. Diets are almost self-defeating because they usually say no to things we like. So by eating small portions of anyting, we don't get defeated by a lot of self-denial other than to deny huge portions. God gave us all foods of the earth -the bible teaches moderation-hey-that's good enough for me!
