Okay. There is this girl that i want to ask to homecoming.

Problem #1: She is not allowed to date. Is there a way I can ask her dad or gaurdian if it would be okay if i took her.

Problem #2: She is a pretty good friend of my ex. who I broke up with 3 weeks ago

Problem #3: She is a really good friend and I don't want to ruin that friendship.

Problem #4: Her twin sister is also a really good friend.

What should I do. Should I ask her and If she says she can't because she is not allowed to date. Or should i ask her parent/gaurdian if I could take her to homecoming.

Yes. Ask her parents. If they say no. Consider going stag and she can also go alone and then you to could just dance there together.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

I am that girl. First of all, I can just ditch my dad's rule. So, I would love to go to the homecoming with you.
