Not today - do so on our Fast & Testimony day - 1st Sunday in every month when the money that we would spend on food and drink for 24 hours is donated to our Fast Offering fund that helps those in need, and brings wonderful blessings into lives.

The Hell with Fasting. I'm eating a steak smothered in Onions with Fries, followed by my Apple Pie and Ice Cream.
Before bed I cap off a Milk Shake with a Mars candy bar and wake up to Fruity Pebbles and honey buns all day.

I am usually fasting 365 days a year only between 9 at night and 8 in the morning.....what a crock of shite!!!!!!
