Because Jesus is the living God. He is Lord and Savior. Jesus said "I Am the truth, the Way, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me". The Gospel teaches that everyone is a sinner, and it is this sin that separates us from the Love of God. The Bible also says "that the wages of sin is death", meaning spending eternity in Hell. The Gospel teaches that Jesus came to Earth and paid our debt for us by dying on the Cross. If we accept Christ's atoning sacrifice for us, we will spend eternity with Jesus in Heaven.

Right before He ascended into Heaven, Jesus gave us one last commandment, telling us to preach the Gospel:
Act 1:6 Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, "Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?"
Act 1:7 And He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.
Act 1:8 "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me* in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
Act 1:9 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.

NO!!!!!
I don't understand why Christians think they have to change the world, (I know what the bible says, but the bible says a lot of things that people would not do) Or why do some Christians do not respect another's right to a different religion? I was told once that I shouldn't be aloud to live here in a "christian" nation. OK I was taken back by that. at the prejudice and narrow mindedness. I can't believe in today's society we still have so much intolerance. Have people learned nothing from history

It is a commandment before the end will come..
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Because as Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, but through Me." The only way to heaven is to embrace Jesus Christ.

Why would you wantto contaminate the whole world with the myths, superstitions, fairy tales and fantastical delusions of a tribe of ignorant Bronze Age fishermen and peripatetic goat herders? It's bad enough that over 75% of the US is thus infected.

Jesus came to reform the lost house of Israel - the 12 tribes. He came not with a new religion, he came to reform Judaism!

Anybody who has no links to the Jewish people or Israel should reflect upon this.

As a Christian, it is our duty to spread the word..........the end could be nigh, and we will be caught short!

Look around your world, and ask yourself, "how long can we go on with this blood- letting and carnage, before we are asked to pay for it, in kind?"

Because his life was without flaw, and it is important for us to see his nonviolent examples of social change. He never resisted nor gave offense, and his example, regardless of whether you want to believe it was God inspired or not revolutionized half of the world. His life has basically taught us everything we need to know about being good, spiritual and positive in this life.

I don't. Not to mention, there are multiple such 'gospels'. Which one would be taught even if we all agreed it was a good idea?

taught but not forced upon. by forcing others to accept Christianity one is breaking the rule of everyone having the right of " free will " to worship as they please. teaching about JESUS is all right but there should be no form of coercion or rewards. each individual should be able to make up their own mind.
