Do you want a serious answer to a philosophy question?
I'm going to heaven & have no qualms about it. From David in the bible to Alvin York. There has been this question. Like York I think God forgives us, for our actions serve a greater good. It's better to kill the truck bomber, then let the truck bomber kill 100 innocents. I have no qualms about it either in a land 3000 miles away or in a dark alley at home. I'm going home, your going in a box. If I have to mop the floor in God's bathroom as pentenice? So be it.

It depends on which faith you belongs to and what you actually believe in. It is just like asking would American soldiers go to heaven for killing people in battle fields or wet operations.
I am sure you were talking about Muslim suicide bombers. They may go to heaven if their act is just and if it satisfies the Islamic principle and laid down rules on the declaration and execution of war.

I am a Christian, but I believe that if a person kills others on purpose (I don't mean accidents), then that person will go to hell.

..It depends
An Islamic Suicide Extremest blowing up 100 civillians is going to hell
But lets say..An Infantry squad is being overrun by the enemy..And theirs a bridge leading to the rest of their troops that would indefinetly be destroyed be the enemy..All the guys fight til theirs one guy left..He detontates a bomb blowing up the bridge to kill the enemy and save the troops, but kills himself i nthe process..No he wont go to hell

They won't. Just a one way trip to h-ll and no virgins. A person has to be really stupid or brainwashed to believe other wise.

A person can't. However, there are different religions (Islam, for example) which might teach differently...
