They are revamping some old army bases in Georgia to have 'family friendly' facilities, I know. This isn't intended for long term detention but to stop the 'catch and release' program where illegals were given a court date to show up for a deportation hearing, then never showed up. The result is 600,000 warrants for deporation outstanding at this time.
