There's nothing weird about teaching religion in school. What WOULD be "weird" would be a teacher teaching religion as fact rather than as a historical study. It's part of social studies.

Anyway, the smartest thing to do would be to borrow the book from a friend. You won't have to worry about the teacher knowing you forgot the book, and you won't have to worry about her thinking you skipped Monday because of it (which is what I thought from your other question). As a teacher I realize people forget things. I do all the time. What's important is that you figure out how to get what you need without bothering the teacher. If my students forget their pencil, I really don't care...unless they tell me about it. Don't tell me you didn't come prepared to my class- just find a pencil and move on. Again, ask a friend to borrow their book TODAY, and rest on Monday. Good luck.

first of all WHAT KIND of school is this anyway that teaches Genesis? weird..unless it is some kind of homeschooling group.

weirdness aside, don't worry about tests if you are sick. call your teacher on Monday and ask to take the test at a later date. perhaps your parents or a friend could pick the book up for you.

How about having a parent go to school to get your things. Or call a friend to get the vocab.
