I would have to say that's more than a little truth.Most people will probably disagree with you.I tend to think the same way.I live my life to make mine and others close to me better.After that,my only use will be compost for some plant after my body is ravaged by bacteria.Then I will enrich their lives as well.

What we believe is manifest in what we think. What we think determines our actions. Our beliefs and thoughts are of the utmost importance because they determine our actions.

A person does not necessarily believe what they say they believe, their actions will tell you the truth of their words.

The thought manifests as the word. The word manifests as the deed. The deed develops into habit. And the habit hardens into character. So watch the thought and its ways with care. And let it spring from love, born out of concern for all beings. .

Gosh, when I read "here's a little truth for you," I got so excited I could hardly click on it. And then to find out, it's not even true!!! You must work for an advertising agency or for a church. ;-)

That makes sense, but only as concerns your place in society. That doesn't help the internal struggle that many go through every day.
